Tradition meets movement.
At Form and Flow Yoga, we believe in the beauty of balance—between effort and ease, stillness and movement, science and soul.
This is a space to explore yoga as a journey of both structure and surrender. We honour the traditions of practice while embracing evidence-based insights that support body awareness, nervous system regulation, and personal growth.
You’re invited to arrive just as you are. Here, there’s no perfect pose—only a practice that meets you where you are and supports where you’re going.
About Form & Flow Yoga
With a practice rooted in both the ancient wisdom of yoga and the latest insights from movement science, We guide students through an experience that is both steady and spacious—offering the form that supports you and the flow that moves you.
Our teaching is grounded in tradition and shaped by lived experience. We approach each class as an invitation—to meet yourself as you are, to explore what’s possible, and to return to what matters. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after years, this space is for you.
Blending classical yogic philosophy with nervous system-informed teaching, we aim to make yoga accessible, relevant, and deeply personal. No expectations. No pressure. Just the gentle art of showing up and seeing where the breath takes you.

Getting to know your teacher
Our founders journey began in 2003 with Yoga in Daily Life Practice. YIDL means to 'Uphold the percepts of the Yoga teachings in daily life, by making positive contributions to one's society, the environment and all living beings'.
Skye is the founder of Form & Flow Yoga, a practice that honours the depth of tradition while embracing modern understandings of the body and mind. Her teaching blends classical yogic philosophy with evidence-based insights, creating a space where form provides support and flow invites freedom.
With a background in Education and Psychology she integrates both the science of movement and the philosophy of yoga, with classes that are intelligent, adaptable, and deeply grounded. Her approach is purposeful, intentional, and trauma-aware-guided by the belief that practice should meet each student where they are.
Known for her calm presence and clear teaching style, Skye invites students into a genuine journey of self-discovery. Whether new to yoga or returning after time away, students are welcomed with compassion, curiosity, and care.
At the heart of her teaching is a simple ethos: that every breath, every movement, is an opportunity to return—to body, to presence, to self.

No. Yoga isn’t about touching your toes—it’s about learning to listen inward. Flexibility and strength may develop over time, but the most important thing you bring is your willingness to show up.
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and any props you like to use (like a bolster or block). Some props are available at the studio, and we always encourage using what supports your body best.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in—nothing fancy required. Layers are helpful, especially for rest at the end of class.
Most classes run for 60 minutes, with the occasional 75-minute or workshop-style class. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to settle in.
Yes. Classes are guided with a trauma-informed lens. You are never expected to move or breathe in a way that doesn’t feel right for you. Consent, choice, and emotional safety are always prioritised.
We kindly ask for 12 hours’ notice for class cancellations. This helps us manage waitlists and room capacity fairly. For workshops and courses, a longer cancellation window may apply—please check the details at time of booking.
